Find the Best Meeting Time for Global Teams

Zolkit's Meeting Planner helps distributed teams find meeting times that work for everyone. Enter up to 8 cities and the tool renders a 24-column time zone grid β€” green for work hours, yellow for flex time, gray for off hours β€” across all locations. The golden window algorithm scores every UTC hour by how many cities overlap on business time, then surfaces the top 3 recommended slots with each city's local time clearly displayed.

Multi-City Team Planning

Add up to 8 cities to represent your team. Search from 100+ major cities worldwide, covering every continent and time zone.

Visual Overlap Grid

A 24-column grid shows every city's hourly status at a glance β€” green for business hours, yellow for flexible hours, gray for off hours.

How to Find the Best Meeting Time

  1. 1

The default view shows New York, London, Tokyo, and Shanghai. Click 'Add City' to search for and add more team members' cities (up to 8 total).

  2. 2

Review the 24-column grid β€” green cells are business hours, yellow cells are flexible hours, and gray cells are off hours. Look for columns where most cities show green or yellow.

  3. 3

Check the 'Recommended Meeting Times' section for the top 3 automatically calculated slots. Each card shows the UTC time alongside the local time in every city.
