How to Find the Best Meeting Time

The default view shows New York, London, Tokyo, and Shanghai. Click 'Add City' to search for and add more team members' cities (up to 8 total).

Review the 24-column grid β green cells are business hours, yellow cells are flexible hours, and gray cells are off hours. Look for columns where most cities show green or yellow.

Check the 'Recommended Meeting Times' section for the top 3 automatically calculated slots. Each card shows the UTC time alongside the local time in every city.
